Thank you for helping to clear out our "stuff". If I had three months to move everything I could have
done three times the $ that the auction brought but I didn't have three months and you did a great job.
I'm thankful for what we got from the auction.
I loved the "Fun Stuff" on your web site. I have a masters in fresh water biology and fishing is my first love.
Where were you when all those fish jumped in your boat? Was that a BS studio job?
I don't believe your 18 lb. largemouth was a studio job but it looked more to me like 17-2! (just jerking your chain)
Anyway, thanks for your help. It was really good to meet you and talk about common experiences.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the professional services that was provided to me and Mr. Hart.
I am sure you went far beyond normal services by other companies when you responded to my telephone call for the services of Kincaid Auctions. I might add that I was and am very impressed.
Your response time, the next morning at our residence to discuss our needs was exceptional. You're courtesy to my husband, even though he is in a hospital bed and not able to fully understand the circumstances again was exceptional.
Going over your services and your contract were complete and exact, including that you had located and were placing the items in an Auction of the same type of equipment. The other factor was that this would enhance this Auction as my husband hand tools would be the items to complete the Auction. The very fact that you came the same afternoon to pick up the items to be auctioned amazed me. Not only with the immediate service rendered, but the fact that you swept up the shop after you were done.
After the auction you called and gave me the shock of my life, as you told me the tools etc. had gone for more than 2 times what I expected. You committed to day when payment would be received and I received a check and a complete list of items sold and priced.
I would in every way recommend your services and have told several people already about what you did for us when we employed you.
