  • High bidder will make $5000 binder deposit (per property) on the day of the auction
  • Balance will be due at closing within 30 days.

  • all rents, homeowners fees, and property taxes will be prorated through the day of closing
  • The seller will furnish a warranty deed, doc stamps on the deed, and a title insurance policy
  • The buyer will pay for recording the deed plus $250 closing fee
