Access to Suburban Estates is managed by SEPA Club Inc. Membership in SEPA is optional for the property owners. There are few roads, mostly trails through the property that require 4wd to navigate. There are no utilities available. Hunting camp buildings are allowed, but legally may only be occupied during hunting season.

This parcel is identified on County plat maps, but is not surveyed. Neither the owner or broker have inspected the property and make no representations as to the access, flooding, or any other condition that may make it unsuitable for any particular pupose.

One gate key will be issued to each deeded owner of the property (max 4). Each owner may have guests but must be with them on the propery. Gate keys are $25 each available from SEPA Club, Inc
