General Information |
Directions: The first auction begins at 10am in Bradenton. To get there, take Interstate 75 to Exit 224B and head toward Bradenton on State Rd 64 (Manatee Ave). At 21st ST NE, go North (Right) to the auction site.
Directions to the Terra Ceia Lot at 1pm: From downtown Palmetto North on US 41 until it joins into US 19. Continue North onto the Skyway Parkway to 8th Ave Blvd W.(Lee’s Crab Trap Restaurant) then turn Left to the entrance of Terra Ceia Bay Estate. Entrance is only by gate code, so viewing is only available at designated times or by appointment.
Directions to the Palmetto properties at 2pm: From downtown Palmetto go West on 10th St W. to 25th Avenue W. and then South (Left) to the auction site.
